About White Oak Manor
Originally built in 1911, White Oak Manor was once a grand estate home nestled on 52 peaceful acres in Dinwiddie, Virginia. By the time we discovered it in February 2022, the property had been abandoned and overgrown for several years—but we immediately saw its potential.
In the months that followed, we poured our hearts into restoring the Manor House, carefully remodeling both the interior and exterior while preserving its timeless charm and historic character.
To bring our vision of an elegant wedding venue to life, we added thoughtfully designed features including a barn, chapel, outdoor fireplace, and gazebo area—each crafted to complement the beauty of the original estate.
Today, White Oak Manor stands as a unique blend of history and elegance, ready to host unforgettable celebrations and meaningful moments.
Meet the Owners
The vision for White Oak Manor began in 2018 when owners Alex and Paige Christopher got engaged.
At the time, they dreamed of building a barn for their own wedding, but with limited time, it wasn’t possible. Even after their wedding later that year, the idea stuck with them—creating a beautiful space where others could gather and celebrate life’s special moments.
Over the years, Alex and Paige explored different ideas and locations, always keeping that dream in mind. When they came across this property, they knew it was the one. A true diamond in the rough, it offered everything they had envisioned: a charming farmhouse on 52 acres, complete with fields, barns, and silos.
With a lot of love and care, they brought new life to the space, and White Oak Manor was born. Today, it’s more than just a venue—it’s a dream realized, one they hope to someday pass on to their children.
Alex and Paige are honored to share this special place with others and are overjoyed to see families and couples creating lasting memories here, just as they once dreamed.
